MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. The singer has been able to make major international breakthroughs into the Latin pop mainstream. Una Lady Como Tu (his smash hit from 2016) won a Colombian Kids Choice Award, the 2017 most popular Song. His debut album ADN was issued in 2017 by La Industria Inc., which is a Medellin-based Sony distribution firm. It reached the top 8 spot on the Top Latin Albums Chart. In the following year, he was a part of Ozuna to record the Top Five smash Vaina Loca. Mala Influencia was his collaboration with Noriel in the year 2020. Following that calendar year Dopamina became his second album. Then, in 2021 the singer sang a duet 2021 alongside TINI in her smash hit Maldita Foto. The 2023 album of 2000 which featured the smash hit La Bachata. Turizo is from a musical background, both his elder brother and mother are musicians. According to Turizo, music was a mandatory part of his life. As a child, he played the ukulele guitar as well as piano. Although his first choice of career was becoming a vet, the brother Julian convinced him to take lessons in singing with an Cuban teacher and the end consequence of him discovering his gift as a singer altered his entire life.
